White calico armband.
E.P.S in red, below a red crown, follwed by W in black and F in red.
Worn by E E Cakebread, who was a fire warden for the Emergency Precaution Scheme (EPS) during World War Two.

The interior of the band has a stamp: "Wellington E.P.S Section 18" and handwritten in pencil is "E E Cakebread" and what looks like his address (Priscilla Cres).

Owned by Edward Eric Cakebread when he was a member of the EPS in 1942.
