I am writing in reply to your letter dated 18 October 1994, in which you requested engineer assistance to restore a bridge at Mangaone Road.
I have tasked our engineers to assess possible training value and costs to complete this task. This is not a guarantee that they are able to carry out this task. Once a report has been written, and recommendations made we will let you know if we are able to assist you in your plans.
Major Bruce Kenning will be in touch with you regarding timings for a reconnaissance.
