"SEAVIEW" SUBDIVISION

For those seeking an elevated residential section, lying well to the sun in a free draining situation, we warmly recommend this subdivision. While all sections are drive on they enjoy the natural elevation for which the Hemi Matenga Block is renowned. It allows full development of each sections without detraction from the adjacent lots. The soil is ideal for gardening. The subdivision is only one block from the school and a short distance from shops and Post Office.

The terms for this type of section are generous to a degree in that the purchaser requires a deposit of only 10 per cent to secure the lot of his choice, a further 30 per cent when title is given and the remaining 60 per cent is spread over 3 years for repayment.

Fourteen sections provide allotments from 32 to 54 perches and the two rear blocks of 1 1/4 and 1 3/4 acres provide grandstand sites against a background of the timbered scenic reserve.

This small subdivision of premier sections provides variety for all tastes, and a wonderful investment for the speculator. Auction price is ground level value and those who buy to hold can expect rapid capital accretion.
